A case of right simple unilateral renal ectopia with left malrotated kidney in 26 years old female is presented with a brief review of literature.
Right ectopic kidney was located between 4th and 5th lumber vertebra Numerous aberrant vessels of ectopic kidney disclosed during nephroureterectomy.
